The Shele Bridge in Taiyuan city, Shanxi province, with the length of 360 meters, width of 51.5 meters and tower height of 113 meters, is the largest Fenhe River bridge. It is designed to have 8 lanes in both directions. The main structure of the bridge is a single-tower spatial torsion cable plane cable-stayed bridge with a total of 64 stay cables, the longest of which is 150 meters. The single cable has a maximum weight of 6.9 tons. After the bridge is completed, it will be another important bridge connecting the East Binghe Road and West Binghe Road, Chaicun New Area and the Iron and Steel Industry Zone in the north of the city. It will facilitate the travel of nearby citizens and play an important role in promoting the development of the north of the city.
